Okay, so, forcing myself to log on and write a blog every week is pretty interesting. Time seems to just be flying by, but that is happening a lot lately.
I'm sitting here, writing a psychology paper on perceptual interference, and wondering about the my job. For some reason reading this "Understanding Psychology" book makes me think a lot about my coworkers. See, my coworkers are very...interesting. They say and do the most interesting things, and by interesting I mean "sometimes extremely rude" or "sometimes extremely idiotic". I would love to start a blog, or something along the lines for some of the unbelievable things I hear while at the office. It's hard though. Do I do it? Potentially if anyone figured out just who I was speaking of, I would probably be in trouble. I posted one on my tumblr today, mostly because my coworker just made me pretty angry. I could do the blog, but never say my place of employment or coworker names. Just call them A, B, C, D, etc. I don't even know if that would work with all of the privacy crap going around these days. Maybe someday I will. Maybe I will take a log of everything I hear, and when I leave the department, just post stuff. I mean, some of it is so unbelievable to hear in the workplace and I would just love to share. Now I understand when a former coworker of mine wanted to write a book about the things he hears women talk about. (His desk was surrounded by female coworkers, so he got to hear all kinds of gossip.)
Well, I think I will get back to my writings on psychology. Possibly go to sleep soon too. It's been a long week.

Dear Alpha Hydrox
Dear Alpha Hydrox,
I think we can finally be friends. It took a few weeks, but slowly things are starting to work out.
Ha ha, I had meat to write this blog post as a letter to the Alpha Hydrox products I've been using, but I ran out of steam. My face is finally clearing up. And not just clearing up complexion wise, but everything is starting to smooth out, all the fine lines and wrinkles that I've been starting to develop over the last year or so.
So I've been using the products for about 2 weeks now, and I'm not going to lie, the first few weeks my face looked hideous. It was red, blotchy, I had a rash of zits across my right cheek and forehead, but slowly my face got used to the products and it started calming down. I even had a few people compliment my skin Friday and say how great it looked! I had been keeping a really close eye on my smile lines, hoping I would start to see them fade a little bit, and as I was watching those, I didn't even really notice how it was effectively obliterating all the little lines and crow's feet around my eyes. So needless to say, I am very happy with how my skin is looking lately.
I'll continue to use these products morning and night and report back in about a month to see if my skin keeps improving, or starts getting worse again. If anyone stumbles upon this blog while browsing the internet for Alpha Hydrox, I definitely recommend it, although the first few weeks might be a little rough on the face. Just stick with it!

Dragon*Con Wrap-Up
I know, it has already been a good month since Dragon*Con ended. I am still experiencing post-con depression! Or maybe that's other things, but at any rate, I had a fabulous time at Dragon*Con 2011! I admit, a few things didn't go exactly smooth, and I will work hard to change those around so everything will run as smooth as possible next year! Or at least, next time I go. Although I would love to be able to go next year, and am still hoping against everything, things just aren't looking that great for me to be able to go. It's kind of a huge let down, as Dragon*Con weekend is the one I look forward to the most all year.
As for the awesome, fun time I had; it was fantastic to be able to see my friends. Just...amazing. If you're reading this, I miss you a lot all year, then to getting to see you all in that weekend is one of the big things that really makes me look forward to Dragon*Con all year! I saw so many amazing costumes this year, I just didn't have time to get pictures of them all! (For...other...reasons, but that's one of the things I hope to change next time I go...) I also did not really get to use my video camera. In fact, not at all. I would like to make fun Dragon*Con video next time I go as well, I just don't have enough hands for still pictures and my video camera! :) At least I will take short videos here and there and combine them all together. Another thing I need to change...I *need* to find a good spot to watch the parade. As much as I'd love to be in it, I don't know if that will ever happen. I think I would have just as much fun watching the parade as I would being in it though. Here's a link to all of my Dragon*Con 2011 pictures.
So I suppose for the upcoming years, here is my list of costumes I am working on, and would like to be making in the future. The asterisk next to the name means I already have some work done on it, so it's currently in process. If I don't get to go to Dragon*Con next year, at least I can wear a few to our local (and growing bigger every year!) anime convention, Senshicon!:
* Babydoll - Sucker Punch (finishing all the details for Halloween)
* Yoko (Timeskip) - Gurren Lagann
* Vaultsuit Vault 11 - Fallout: New Vegas
* Jill Valentine (Battlesuit) - Resident Evil 5
Claire Redfield - Resident Evil 2
Rainbow Dash - MLP - Friendship is Magic (No judging ;-) haha)
Anya Stroud - Gears of War 3
Natalie(Envy Adams) - Scott Pilgrim vs. the World
Sonya Blade - Mortal Kombat
*possibly*
Panty (Angel) - Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt
That last one has possibly the most ridiculous title of anything I have ever seen.
Another thing that I have found online recently was this extremely cute video by Cosplay Fever:
I would just love to be able to make something like that someday with some buddies. :) It is so cute!!

Alpha Hydrox
So, has anyone ever used this "miracle cream"? I read the reviews before I started it, and I decided to go ahead and try it anyway. All the reviews I've read says it turns your skin on your face into a rash of nasty pimples before it clears out your skin to make it more beautiful. I'm on day three, and I can verify this. I've never seen so many red splotches on my forehead and I'm even getting the evil deep zits on my chin again. It's almost enough to make me want to stop using it. But I will try it for a month to see if it starts working. We'll see. I guess this is just a random, useless post. Kind of just to remind myself what I'm experiencing with this lotion as the days go on and it gets worse or hopefully, better.
